Does anyone know of any decent hiking trails on Long Island?

I just finished spending a weekend up in Lake George, and went on a really nice hiking expedition. I'm home now, and I have a nice hiking stick which I'd really like to put to use. I'm aware of some less vigorous trails--just a dirt road in a circle. But does anyone know of anything with maybe some hills, or actual hiking involved?
